Book Your Rentals Today!

1. Rental Period: The Rental Period begins at 8:00am, and ends at 7:00pm on the Day of the    Rental.

2. Payment: Full Payment is Due at the Time of Booking.

3. Security Deposit: A Security Deposit of $500.00 will be Due on the Rental Day, and will be Returned as long as the Pontoon Boat is Returned in the Same Condition in which is was Rented.

4. Cancellation Policy: All Rental Bookings are Final. If you are unable to take Delivery of the Pontoon Boat due to Inclement Weather, we will do our very best to Reschedule your Rental Day.

5. Boat Operation: Only the Renter and Authorized Passengers are Allowed to Operate the Boat. 

6. Safety Equipment: Ten USCG-approved PFDs will be provided, as well as a Throwable PFD, Fire Extinguisher, and a First-Aid Kit. It is suggested that adults wear PFDs at all times while on the Pontoon Boat, and it is highly recommended that children wear a PFD at all times.

7. Damage and Cleaning: The Renter is Responsible for any Damage to the Pontoon Boat or Equipment during the Rental Period. The Renter is also Responsible for Cleaning the Pontoon Boat and Returning it in the Same Condition as when it was Rented.

8. Prohibited Activities: The following things are Prohibited on Rental Boats: Pets, Grilling, Towing, Tubing, or Skiing. All Lake Rules are to be Obeyed, including NOT Operating the Boat Under the Influence, Exceeding the Pontoon Boat's Maximum Capacity, or Ignoring No-Wake Zones. 

9. Liability Waiver: A copy of the Liability Waiver will be Emailed to you when you Book your Pontoon Rental. Please Review the Waiver. You will be Required to Sign a Hard Copy on the Day of your Rental.

4. Safety Equipment: A USCG-approved PFD and Paddle will be provided. Renter agrees to wear the PFD at all times while using the Kayak.

5. Prohibited Activities: All Lake Rules are to be Obeyed, including NOT Operating the Boat Under the Influence. It is highly recommended to stay relatively close to the Shoreline, especially on busy days when many Boats are on the Lake.
